How it Works
A Tandem representative will contact you within two business days to confirm your information. We will then reach out to your healthcare provider and insurance company to help determine your benefits. When you are ready to order an insulin pump, our insurance verification team will help you through the process and work to get you the lowest out-of-pocket cost. During this process, your representative will provide you with regular status updates.
